Troubleshooting Guide

Your refrigerator's screen should automatically receive weather information for five local cities within several hours of being plugged in. If you are not receiving weather info, or see a message on your screen indicating that you need to contact support for service, then your fridge is not receiving a strong enough signal to get weather information.

If you have checked Ambient's coverage map and your refrigerator is in a covered area, please contact Ambient customer service with any questions. If your location is not covered by the Ambient Information Network, the device's weather display may not function properly.
